Goods being returned must be in original packaging, unused and fit for re-sale. All return freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser except in instances where the goods arrived faulty or the incorrect product was sent by us. Items that are returned incomplete or damaged in any way will not be replaced or refunded. In the case of non-faulty goods returned, we reserve the right to deduct a $10 or 15% (which ever is the greater) restocking fee from any refund issued, or the customer can have the goods returned  at the customers expense.

To arrange for the return of any item please contact Petline Direct.com within 7 days of receipt of the item for a return shipping address.
All goods returned  will be inspected upon their return and in the case of faulty products, a replacement product will be sent at the expense of Petline Direct.com or a refund issued to the customer.
