Petline Direct uses Australia Post and Courier Services for delivery of products. Postage charges are determined by the total weight of your order.
All postage costs are presented to you at checkout before final order confirmation so you know what the postage is going to be.
If you wish to order over the 10kg maximum calculated rate please contact us before placing your order so you can be advised of correct freight costs to your area.
Charges are calculated per order for postage & handling to the one address anywhere within Australia.

Australia Wide up to 250grm flat rate of $4.35
Australia Wide up to 500grm flat rate of $5.60
Australia Wide above 500grm to 3kg flat rate of $10.00
PLEASE NOTE: For orders of 20 litre containers please email for delivery cost.
Product weights are included in the item description for all products. The listed weight is the weight that will be used to calculate your final postage total. The listed weight includes the net weight of the product and any associated packing material.
Postage charge will be displayed at checkout prior to you submitting any payment information.
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. In stock items will be posted the next business day, however if we are waiting on items for your order, please allow three (3) to seven (7) business days for delivery.
Items ordered together will be sent together, with exception at times to large bulk items which may be sent seperatly directly from our suppliers.
We will notify you if any item is not in stock or cannot be shipped within 14 days.
